The goal of Southern Connecticut Association of MDS Coordinators (Socomds) is to support to our colleagues in the State of Connecticut by providing opportunities to learn, update, and network with each other. By networking together, we can promote the role of the MDS Coordinator in our facilities by providing the necessary tools and knowledge to garner accurate reimbursement for services rendered. Promoting the networking of colleagues provides professionals new in-sites for completing clinical assessments and new ideas for providing the highest quality of care to our residents.
