MDS Coordinator Seeking Employment in Lower Fairfield County

Seeking Part-Time Position : 24 hours in the MDS Department : Flexible Hours / Schedule to Meet Your Needs!

Currently Managing a 90 bed Facility. Responsible for:

• Scheduling and Completing all OBRA & PPS Assessments

• Care Planning and Meetings

• Medicare Appeals

• State Transmission

• QI/QM Reporting at Quarterly Medical Staff Meeting

• Quality Assurance Participation

• Data Tracking

• CNA ADL Coding / Teaching / In-Servicing

Computer Skills: Familiar with ADL Data, Accumax, Raven, and some Health Tech Software; Microsoft Office / Windows / PowerPoint

Language: English; some Spanish

LTC Experience: 29 years
